All Souls Athletic Club is the governing board for all athletics at All Souls.  Every parent is encouraged to participate in this club to assist in fundraising efforts and any organizational needs.  The Athletic Club is overseen by Bob Shontz the Athletic Director at All Souls.

Representing the school in the sports program of the Diocese and participation in other clubs and organizations is a privilege extended to students. There are certain academic and conduct requirements for students who wish to participate.

Academic Requirements

Students must maintain a combined average of at least 70% in the six major subject areas (science, social studies, religion, language arts, literature, and mathematics); and students may not have an F in any major subject.

Students are expected to comply with all academic/conduct requirements. Said requirements include, but are not limited to, completing homework, projects, maintaining passing test scores, and appropriate classroom behavior. Students deemed habitual offenders will be issued a written warning outlining said non-compliance. Following recipients of a written warning, students must comply with all academic policies. A student's failure to comply will result in suspension and/or removal from the team.

Academic progress checks are made twice a quarter to determine eligibility status. If a student is ineligible, the student is ineligible for all practices and games at least until the next academic review (one week). During the week the student is ineligible, the student is responsible for meeting with the teacher(s) and for demonstrating a renewed commitment to be a "student" first.

Notification of eligibility reinstatement will come from the principal and/or the Athletic Director after consultation with the teacher(s).

For health reasons, a student who is absent on the date of a scheduled game may not participate in the scheduled game.
