To begin the registration process the following forms need to be brought into the office:
$45 per student non-refundable application fee
Student Information Form
Permission from Pastor Form
Teacher/Principal Recommendation Form
You will need the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Copy of most recent report card and standardized test (for new students only)
Registration will not be considered complete until ALL forms and documents are submitted to the school.
Once accepted there is a $275 Non-Refundable Registration Fee and a $150 Facilities Fee due.
